This Privacy Policy applies to the Findek iOS app (the "App"), a mindful meal check-in tool for healthy eating. We take your privacy seriously. Please read this policy carefully before using the App. By using the App, you agree to the terms of this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Findek stores the following information only on your device, in order to provide its features:

• Meal entries, favorite foods, notes and photos (kept locally on your device)
• Notification permission (used for the meal-reminder feature you configure)

The App does not collect or upload any device identifiers (such as IDFA or IDFV), advertising-tracking information or personal data.

2. How We Use Information

We use the on-device information above to:

• Provide core features such as meal logging, calendar review and gentle nutrition trend statistics
• Deliver the optional meal-reminder notification at the time you choose

3. Storage & Retention

Your meal entries, favorites and notes are stored entirely on your device and are never uploaded to any server. Uninstalling the App removes all local data.

The App does not transmit any device identifier or personal data to any third party.

4. Your Rights

You may at any time:

• Clear all meal entries and favorites inside the App
• Uninstall the App to remove all related data
• Disable notification permission

5. Children's Privacy

This App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

6. Policy Changes

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any updates will be published inside the App, and continued use of the App indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
